uSked licensees can send out an SOS to our Support Team by submitting a support ticket to get help with any support-related questions, issues, or to request a new feature.
Go to https://support.usked.com/ and click on Submit a Support Ticket.
Then, fill out your first name, last name, email, and select an option from the What do you need help with? drop down that best suits your issue/question.
Next, type in the brief Reason you are contacting us (to be used as the ticket name) and the full information about your issue/question in the Details box.
Lastly, choose the ticket Priority and upload any screenshots or relevant files before selecting Submit.
